Otter Creek Farmstead in Northeast Alabama is a leading corporate retreat and special event space in the southeast.
Our beautiful grounds are the perfect setting to host strategy or sales meetings, entertain clients, have product innovation discussions, or simply enjoy the view. Guests are free to relax, unwind, and conduct business in an atmosphere of total comfort. We are conveniently located in Northeast Alabama between Atlanta and Birmingham. We have a variety of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces equipped with state of the art technology to suit your business needs. Venue rentals may include use of the Grand Room, Wine Room, Game Room, Pool Area, and/or Locker Room. Our fabulous culinary and hospitality teams provide in-house food and beverage service. Luxurious on-site overnight accommodations are available in the Hill Cottage, Stables, and Big Oak Lodge for multi-day events. We can accommodate up to 17 guests single-occupancy or up to 22 guests with some lodging double-occupancy. Off-site lodging and shuttles for overflow guests can be arranged at The Hotel Finial in Anniston or Hampton Inn in Gadsden or Attalla.

Available on-site activities to enjoy outside of meetings include: shooting clays, wine & cheese tasting, culinary class, private 1-hour massage, guided e-bike ride, self-guided fishing, or a basic handgun skills class. Nearby off-site activities include golf at Robert Trent Jones Silver Lakes Course or shooting sports at the CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park.
Rates & Deposit Policy
Otter Creek Farmstead requires a 50% deposit at the time of reservation and 50% final balance 30 days in advance of your event. Our staff provides customized price quotes and availability is first-come, first served. We do require a $750 damage deposit for all corporate events.
